When I was in Madrid this summer I was interviewed by the style section of a local newspaper and the headline was something about how I couldn't believe people there didn't wear more hats considering the wicked heat. While that wasn't the most important thing I said I still stand by my belief that hats should be more part of our summer wardrobe.
